Langosta Beach
Playa Langosta Beach is the southern end of Tamarindo Beach; Langosta Beach is located southeast from the San Francisco Estuary. Tamarindo has quite an infrastructure with lots of restaurants, entertainment, banks, a hardware store, real estate agencies, hotels, bars, discos, souvenir, surf shops, and grocery stores. The brilliant waves and wind invite for surfing and wind-surfing. There is a wildlife refuge and a marine national park. The langosta beach is large enough that non-surfers will easy find quiet stretches.
The Langosta Beach has reef for snorkeling and surfing. The very soft yellow color of the sand will feel wonderful under your feet. Dry and tropical nature with a warm and sunny weather.
This area is special to those who prefer walking rather than swimming. it is a great place for species observary. Langosta is quite popular in the local surfer community.
